How did you first get involved with the Duyfken project?
Followed her progress through Indonesia and was encouraged by Greg (ex. One & All crew) to go sailing!
Why are you embarking on the Duyfken Voyagie?
To make the most of an opportunity which most people don't get the chance to take hold of.
How do you cope with life aboard a small ship such as Duyfken?
Always look on the bright side.
What is the most unusual item in your sea chest?
A fairy.
How will you cope with the primitive conditions aboard?
Become primitive.
What do you find is the most difficult aspect of sailing aboard Duyfken?
Not much fresh fruit or vegies or cold milk.
What do you think will be the highlight of the voyage?
The sense of achievement gained from everyday sailing.
